MEMBER BOOKING UPDATE 24.2.22

COURSE OPENING HOURS
The golf course will operate strict opening hours:

  • Monday to Friday 7:00am to 6.00pm (gates close 6.15pm sharp)
  • Saturday & Sunday 7.00 am to 6.00pm (gates close 6.15pm sharp)

WHEN & HOW CAN I PRE-BOOK?

  • Booking will go live at 7:15 pm Thursday, 24th February 2022
  • Timesheets will allow you to book from Monday 28th February to Sunday 6th March only
  • You can book Online (Preferred)
  • You can book Over The Phone (possible delays)
  • Booking protocols will be reviewed weekly.

Members are encouraged to use the online booking facility to arrange tee times. The Golf team will be prioritising the safety of golfers at the club, which could lead to delays in answering calls.

HOW MUCH CAN I PRE-BOOK MIDWEEK AND HOW IS THE TIMESHEET SET UP?

  • Play will be 4 balls Only (10-minute intervals).
  • Play will start at 7:20 am Midweek
  • Play will start at 7:00 am on Weekends
  • These all must be pre-booked.

Note: Members are not permitted to book multiple tee times for their group on the same day. Any member found to have booked multiple rounds on the same day will have their later tee time booking deleted. Any booking protocols will be reviewed weekly.

MEMBER GUESTS
Members are allowed to bring up to three guests to play the Championship or 7 Hole Golf Course.

  • Rounds must be booked directly through the Pro-Shop.
  • Booking is allowed from 12 pm from Friday 25th February 2022
  • Guest names and contact information for contact tracing purposes will be required.

JUNIOR MEMBERS
Junior Members are permitted to play on the 7 Hole Course without adult supervision.

CAN I PRACTICE?
The putting green and chipping area will be open to members at any time, The Practice range will be open for members, if you do not have a pre-booked tee time then please inform the shop you are using the practice facilities.

BUGGY USE & SHARING 
In accordance with Golf Ireland policy uncovered buggies can be shared by golfers. Golf Ireland recommends that golfers sharing buggies wear face masks while inside the buggy.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
Modifications may/will be made to these arrangements as we progress. These will be communicated to you via the member’s newsletter or booking update.
